What services do you offer at your floral and decor shop?

We offer a wide range of services including custom floral arrangements, wedding and event decor, home decoration consultations, plant care advice, and delivery services for our floral products. We also have gift cards available so your loved one can come in and shop for their perfect gift!

Can I order a custom floral arrangement for a special occasion?

Absolutely! We specialize in creating floral designs tailored to your specific occasion and preferences. Just reach out to us with your ideas, and we'll bring them to life.

How far in advance should I book your services for a wedding or large event?

We recommend booking our services at least 3-6 months for showers and small events. For weddings and large events, we are available to reserve your date 12-18 months ahead. Need something sooner? Give us a call for last-minute arrangements—we're here to help!

Do you hold any special events?

What is your policy for delivery and returns?

We provide delivery services to the local area with certain restrictions. For returns, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to discuss a refund or replacement.

Can I pre-book seasonal or holiday decor packages?

Absolutely. To ensure availability and design consistency, we recommend reserving seasonal décor packages—such as spring wreaths or holiday centerpieces—at least 2–4 weeks in advance.

Do you provide on-site setup for events like weddings, corporate functions, or parties?

Yes, we specialize in full-service event floral and decor installations—from venue setup to display packaging and tear-down. Simply contact us to request a custom event proposal

What local or artisanal products do you carry?

In addition to our floral designs, we feature locally sourced gourmet foods, Grounds & Hounds coffee, frozen cheesecakes, and bespoke home décor items, all curated to support regional artisans and elevate your gift experience.

"After attempting to place a recurring order with a florist more local to myself for several weeks unsuccessfully, I found Creative Elegance and its been a pleasure ever since. Not only have we successfully received what we order every time, i've purchased a lovely sympathy gift, some other cute trinkets from the shop, placed an order for a very specific vase i've been searching for AND the gentleman even came to patronize MY business which I greatly appreciate. I have a good bit of experience in the floral industry and Creative Elegance clearly uses top quality flowers and has superior taste. I have felt a lot of the pricing in the gift shop is more than fair, below a lot of prices around the area. I look forward to growing our relationship!"
